1. Application form
  • Download from the university website and complete the form.
  • Full name must match the English name on the passport.

※ Certificate must include both year and month of graduation (expected).
※ School name, stamp, and other details on graduation certificate and transcript must match; if not, submit an explanation letter from the school.
※ If not in Korean or English, submit a notarized translation in Korean or English.
6. High School Transcript Full transcript for all grades and years. Submit one of the following:
  • Apostille-certified document
  • Document certified by the Korean consulate or a foreign embassy in Korea
※ Expected graduates must submit the final transcript after acceptance.
7. University Transcript (Transfer applicants only)
  • Must include credits or class hours per year.
  • Must indicate credit per subject and GPA (based on 4.5 scale or percentage).

8. Family Registration Certificate
  • Submit an original notarized translation of a document showing the relationship between the applicant and parents (e.g., family certificate or birth certificate).
  • If a parent is deceased, submit death certificate with notarized translation.
  • If divorced, submit divorce certificate with notarized translation.
  • If remarried, submit remarriage confirmation with notarized translation.

9. Proof of Parents’ Foreign Nationality
  • Submit ID card or passport copy issued by the government.
※ Passports must be valid and not expired.
※ If not in English, attach a notarized translation.
10. Applicant's Passport
  • Submit a copy of a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of admission.
※ Applicants with Uzbek nationality must submit a copy of an international passport valid for overseas travel.
11. Alien Registration Card (Front/Back)
  • Required only for applicants residing in Korea.
  • Not required if there is no previous registration record.
12. One copy of financial proof document
  • Bank balance certificate showing at least KRW 16 million under the applicant’s or financial sponsor’s (parents) name
    – If submitted under sponsor’s name, a financial sponsorship letter and sponsor’s employment certificate must also be submitted.
    – Uzbekistani applicants must submit a balance certificate issued by KDB Bank Uzbekistan.
    – Applicants residing in Korea must submit a balance certificate under their own name issued by a Korean bank.
※ The guarantor’s name must match that on the Financial Guarantee Form.
※ Only official bank statements accepted (bankbook copies not allowed).
※ If receiving a scholarship from an embassy or religious organization, submit official sponsorship certificate.
13. Language Proficiency Documents
  • Only valid language test scores submitted within the application deadline will be accepted.
