근무 및 보수 조건

 신분: 국립강릉원주대학교 소속 비전임교원(초빙교원)

 계약기간 : 2025.9.1. ∼ 2026.8.31.(1년)

                 - 근무수행 실적 및 최종 근무 평가 결과에 따라 1년 단위로 재계약 가능

 근무 : 책임시수 12시수

          - 교과목 수업, 시험, 과제, 교재 등 개발

          - 수업관련 출결 및 성적처리(온라인 시스템 사용)

          - 원주캠퍼스 출강 가능(출장비 제공)

          - 기타 행정 지원 및 관련 업무 수행

          - 책임시수 미달시 추가업무를 수행할 수 있음(비교과프로그램, 학생지도 등), 책임시수 초과시 초과강사료 지급

 처우

보 수 등	◦ 석사기준: 월 2,637,000원 (세전) ◦ 학사기준: 월 2,431,000원 (세전) ◦ 재계약 수당: 매월 50,000원(재계약 시점부터 적용) ◦ 선임교원 수당: 매월 50,000원(선임교원으로 위촉시) ◦ 자격 수당: 매월 50,000원(테솔(TESOL) 자격증 소지자) ◦ 초과강사료: 시간당 33,000원(초과강의 발생시)
기숙사	◦ 교내 기숙사 제공(관리비 100,000원 예상)
방학	◦ 연가 총 4주 제공 (여름, 겨울 각 2주)
그 외 혜택	◦ 근로기준법에 의거하여 퇴직금 정산되며 재계약의 경우 최종 계약 만료시 퇴직금 지급됨.

기타사항

 최종 합격자로 결정된 후 성범죄 경력조회 결과 결격사유가 있는 경우와제출 서류의 기재 내용이 허위로 판명될 경우 합격 또는 임용을 무효(취소)함

 임용예정자의 합격포기 또는 결격사유 등으로 추가 선발이 필요한 경우, 면접시험 후순위자를 채용할 수 있음

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications	- Passport holder from the US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or the U.K - B.A. or M.A. (or its equivalent diploma), preferably English literature majors or related field - E-2, E-1 or F visa holder
Preferred Qualifications	- Holders of English education certificates (e.g TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) - A minimum of 2 years experience in general(conversational) English courses - Previous teaching experience at the university level

Job Responsibilities and Salary

 Contract Period : September 1, 2025 ~ August 31, 2026

                          -The contract period is one year, which is extendable if the instructor meets the school standards for work attitudes and evaluations by the faculty.

 Total Teaching Hours : Minimum 12 hours per week

 Duties

          - Teach lessons, Develop exams, assignments, and projects for your classes

          - Maintain gradebooks and student attendance using online systems

          - Going to Wonju Campus at least once a week if necessary. According to it, you will be paid travel expense.

          - Occasional staff meetings and work-related responsibilities will occur.

          - If you teach less than 12 hours additional tasks(non-credit programs, student consultation, etc.) may be given. If you teach more than 12 hours, you will get overtime charge.

 Working Conditions

Salary	◦ M.A. holders: 2.6 million won per month (before tax) ◦ B.A. holders: 2.4 million won per month (before tax) ◦ BONUS: 50,000 won monthly renewal bonus ◦ BONUS: 50,000 won monthly senior teacher bonus ◦ Qualification Allowance: 50,000 won per month (for holders of a TESOL certificate) ◦ Overtime: 33,000 won per hour
Housing	◦ you are offered an exclusive dormitory room. (100,000 won maintenance fee is estimated.)
Vacation	◦ 4 weeks paid vacation (2 weeks in the summer and another 2 weeks in the winter)
Benefits	◦ Severance pay (paid under the Labor Standards Act). If you renew your contract, your severance will be paid at the end of the 2nd contract
